★北海道新幹線開業イベント★シュガータイム〜大沼の森メープル収穫祭〜【Paard Musée（パドミュゼ）・大沼流山牧場】

3月26日（土）、北海道新幹線開業を祝して、大沼流山牧場の敷地内にて大沼の森メープル収穫祭「シュガータイム」を開催します！
On 26th Mar.(Sat.), “Sugar Time” will be held in Onuma Nagareyama Ranch for celebration of opening Hokkaido Shinkansen!

大沼流山牧場では、牧場内に自生するイタヤカエデの樹液を収穫し、施設内の工場で薪を用いて煮詰め、加工しています。
メープルシロップ採取の盛んなカナダでは、樹液採取からシロップづくりまでの生産期間をシュガータイムと呼んでいます。寒く厳しい冬を越え、春の到来を告げる風物詩としてお祭りが各地で開催され、できたてメープルを使った料理や歌・踊りで賑わいます。そこで私たちも、春の息吹を大沼で感じるイベントを開催することにしました。

In Onuma Nagareyama Ranch, we harvest sap of maple trees and produce maple syrup.
In Canada, they call the duration from taking sap to making syrup ” SUGAR TIME”.
Many festivals are held on each local area, and a lot of fun with maple food, drink, song, dance.

イベントでは、メープルを使った料理やトフィーづくり体験（メープルキャンディづくり体験）、シュガーハウス見学ツアー（メープル製造過程見学ツアー）、手回しオルガン演奏などをお楽しみいただけます。（詳細はチラシをご覧ください）
In  the event, you can enjoy maple food, toffee making experience(maple candy making), sugar house tour (producing process looking tour), organ music, etc.

駒ケ岳をはじめ雄大な自然と、動物に囲まれた贅沢な環境のなかで
心と身体をほぐし、ゆったりした時間を過ごすにはこれ以上ない空間です。
北海道新幹線「新函館北斗駅」から大沼流山牧場行きの路線バスも開通し、気軽に足を運びやすくなります。

In the rich environment surrounded by huge nature like Komagatake Mt. and animals,
you can relax and spend time slowly.
Opening Bus Route from “Shin Hakodate Hokuto Sta. (Hokkaido Shinkansen)”  makes access easier.
